Mr Ramsay is renowned for his expertise in both surgical and medical treatments for individuals experiencing problems with male fertility:

SPERM RETRIEVAL
Sperm retrieval describes a variety of modern surgical techniques used to obtain sperm without ejaculation. It may be used as an alternative to, or in conjunction with corrective surgery to maximise the chances of achieving a successful pregnancy.
TESTICULAR MAPPING
The Fine-Needle Aspiration (FNA) procedure is not a sperm retrieval; it is designed to tell us whether there are any areas of sperm production in either testicle and, if such areas exist, their precise location.
VASECTOMY REVERSAL
Vasectomies can usually be reversed successfully, particularly when the interval between the vasectomy and the proposed reversal is less than 8-10 years.
SPERM STORAGE
Whenever a surgical procedure is undertaken for the diagnosis or treatment of male factor infertility, it is advisable and often mandatory to consider sperm storage.
MICRODISSECTION SPERM RETRIEVAL
Involves the extraction of multiple small testicular specimens taken from different sites in each testicle to locate and extract sperm.
