Gareth was diagnosed with Klinefelter syndrome while trying to start a family with his wife who also has multiple sclerosis. After hitting a dead-end, Gareth remained positive. With the help of a sperm donor, Gareth and his wife went thru 3 rounds of IVF before falling pregnant with twins.
