Erica Foster

Biomedical Scientist

Erica Foster holds a BSc in Molecular Genetics, an MSc by research in Human Reproduction, and the Association of Clinical Embryologists' Certificate in Clinical Embryology. Having worked in assisted conception since 2008, she has helped countless people build their families.

She works with Jonathan in the operating theatre, and have experience in the diagnosis and treatment of male infertility, with particular skill in the processing, cryopreservation and DNA quality measurement of surgically retrieved sperm. She also manages a new donor sperm bank within a large NHS Hospital in North London, and work part-time as an embryologist in one of London’s largest and most successful private IVF clinics.
